Tasting notes: Pale straw with delicate greenish highlights. Intense, long, continuous and persistent; very fresh and fruity, after some time it reminds of honey. It tastes fresh, harmonic, with moderate acidity, highly typical, with almond and hazelnut flavour in the end.

Food matches: It goes well with any meal, especially white meats, fish, seafood: also ideal as aperitif and after dinner.
