Tasting notes: Ruby red colour, which tends to violet with a rich fruity bouquet, full body with a pleasantly tannic taste and a slight final almond note, typical of this wine.

Dry, with a moderate acidic taste; after a year of ageing it has a good body and full taste.

Food matches: All courses wine, from starters to red meats and cheeses (to be served at 18-20°C)
