Bonarda D.O.C. Oltrepo' Pavese Frizzante

This wine comes from a careful selection of Croatina grapes; its colour is a beautiful strong ruby; its perfume is typical, vinous and intense. Its taste is intense, full, delicate and all these qualites are underlined by its natural liveliness due to a light fermentation. This wine matches well all the dishes, but it is particularly suitable for charcuterie products and white meats. It shall be served at cellar temperature.
