Tasting notes: red ruby colour, not so intense, it gets orange reflections while ageing. It smells intensively, vinous, and reminds of white pepper and spices; because of its natural sparkling, it feels sweetish.
Food matches: armonious, easy to drink, it is perfect for many occasions and courses (to be served at 16-18°C).
