Tasting notes

Pale straw with delicate greenish highlights. Intense, long, continuous and persistent; very fresh and fruity, after some time it reminds of honey. It tastes fresh, harmonic, with moderate acidity, highly typical, with almond and hazelnut flavour in the end.

Food matches

It goes well with any meal, especially white meats, fish, seafood: also ideal as aperitif and after dinner.
