Grape variety: Arneis 100%

Colour: intense straw-yellow colour with lightly amber-coloured reflections

Perfume: its flavour is delicate, fresh and moderately herbaceous

Taste: dry in the mouth, pleasantly bitters and herbaceous; the background, in addition to the fruity traces, enhances the aroma which reminds consumers of the exhausted filter of camomile.

Alcohol: 12,5% alc. vol.

Ageing: the Langhe Arneis does not undergo any ageing period.

Serving suggestion: Hors d’oeuvre, pasta dishes, soup, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
